2022 - Present, Agent quoting, Mobile Apps
Currently building an Agent quoting platform used by over 9,000 Farmers Insurance Agents and staff. Previously worked on iOS/Android apps for the customer-facing portal.
UX Designer – International Medical Group
2021 - 2022, Claims Submission Portal
Designed the company’s first international trip submission experience, informed by surveys, interviews, and usability testing. The product resulted in a 37% increase in online submissions.
Served as UX lead for an iOS and Android mobile app developed with an external agency. The app allowed users to seamlessly file claims from their mobile device.

Led design of the Cellcore Learning Center, a practitioner LMS including courses, product education, and integrated e-commerce.
